| Related Party Transactions | Related Party Transactions We have non-marketable equity investments in other distribution operations outside of Company-owned retail stores. In the ordinary course of business, we sell homes and lend to certain of these operations through our commercial lending programs. For the fiscal years ended March 28, 2026, March 29, 2025 and March 30, 2024, the total amount of sales to related parties was $55.5 million, $54.3 million and $54.9 million, respectively. As of March 28, 2026, receivables from related parties included $1.1 million of accounts receivable and $5.4 million of commercial loans outstanding. As of March 29, 2025, receivables from related parties included $7.0 million of accounts receivable and $7.6 million of commercial loans outstanding.
