During the years ended December 31, 2025 and 2024, depreciation and amortization expense amounted to $1,556,129, and $916,001, respectively. During the year ended December 31, 2025, the Company recorded an impairment expense related to its property and equipment of $1,859,423. See Note 3, Impairment of Long-Lived Assets.
