Note 8 – Fair Value Measurements

 

Since April 24, 2024, the funds in the Trust Account were held in an interest-bearing deposit account which is cash and cash equivalent, which are excluded from leveling. The following table presents information about the Company’s financial liabilities that are measured at fair value on a recurring basis as of June 30, 2025 by level within the fair value hierarchy:
