Outstanding Warrants

Warrants to purchase an aggregate total of 12,700 shares of common stock at a weighted average strike price of $9.80, exercisable over a weighted average life of approximately 5 years, were outstanding as of March 31, 2026. These warrants had no intrinsic value as of March 31, 2026.

No warrants were granted, exercised, cancelled, or expired during the three months ended March 31, 2026.
