Note 7 – Inventories

As of March 31, 2026 and June 30, 2025, inventories consisting of finished goods ready for sale, net of allowance for obsolescence, amounted to $2,536,961 and $8,131,203, respectively.

For the three and nine months ended March 31, 2026, the Company recorded inventory reserve expense of $0 and $58,453, respectively. For the three and nine months ended March 31, 2025, the Company recorded inventory reserve expense of $0 and $288,474, respectively. As of March 31, 2026 and June 30, 2025, allowance for obsolescence was $370,921 and $312,468, respectively.
