| TRADE RECEIVABLES SALES PROGRAM | TRADE RECEIVABLES SALES PROGRAMS The Company sells accounts receivables to certain third-party banking institutions under factoring programs. The outstanding balance of receivables sold and not yet collected on accounts where the Company has continuing involvement was $0.5 billion and $0.7 billion as of March 31, 2026 and 2025, respectively. For the fiscal years ended March 31, 2026, 2025 and 2024, total accounts receivable sold to certain third party banking institutions was $3.1 billion, $4.0 billion and $3.6 billion, respectively. The receivables that were sold were removed from the consolidated balance sheets and the cash received was included as cash provided by operating activities in the consolidated statements of cash flows.
