| MARKETABLE SECURITIES AND INVESTMENTS | NOTE 3 – MARKETABLE SECURITIES AND INVESTMENTS Marketable Securities Marketable securities consisted of the following as of March 31, 2026 and December 31, 2025:
Investments – Warrant Assets Equity warrants, as described in Note 2, are equity warrants received for services provided. The warrants are valued on the date they are earned in accordance with revenue recognition criteria and again at each reporting date. Investments – Stock Investments - stock, as described in Note 2, consist of shares the Company holds in various companies that launched on its platform received in exchange for services provided. The shares are recorded at cost less any impairment. |
