Real Estate – Castel
In January 2025, the Company entered into an agreement to acquire a parcel of land in Mevaseret Zion, Israel for a total purchase price of NIS 5,800 ($1,586), payable in installments. As of March 31, 2026, the Company had paid the full purchase price. The Company intends to pursue value-enhancing activities in connection with the land, with the goal of increasing its potential return upon future sale. The total paid amount is included under “Investment in real estate”. |
