During the Fiscal Year ended January 31, 2026, the Trust recorded approximately $227,000 in Best Western Rewards credits, consisting of approximately $101,000 related to Albuquerque Suite Hospitality LLC and approximately $126,000 related to Tucson Hospitality Properties LLLP. These were primarily related to guest free night vouchers.
