| Employee Benefit Plan | Employee Benefit PlanThe Company sponsors a 401(k) savings plan. All U.S. employees are eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan after meeting certain eligibility requirements. Participants may elect to have a portion of their salary deferred and contributed to the 401(k) plan up to the limit allowed by applicable income tax regulations. The Company matched a portion of employee contributions to the 401(k) plan totaling $2.3 million, $2.2 million, and $2.1 million for the fiscal years ended March 31, 2026, 2025, and 2024, respectively. Both employee contributions and the Company’s matching contributions are fully vested upon contribution. |
