| Accounts Payable and Accrued Liabilities | Accounts Payable and Accrued Liabilities Accounts payable and accrued liabilities consist of the following components:
One member of the Company’s board of directors is also on the board of directors of J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc (“JB Hunt”). For fiscal years ended March 31, 2026, 2025 and 2024, the Company paid $40.5 million, $38.0 million and $36.6 million, respectively, to JB Hunt for freight services in North America. The Company enters into various purchase obligations in the ordinary course of business. As of March 31, 2026, the Company has aggregate unconditional purchase obligations, primarily raw material and marketing contracts, totaling $60.9 million over the next five fiscal years, with $35.9 million due within one year.
