| Related Party Transactions | RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS The Company is party to a lease agreement with Wilson Tech 5, LLC, which is controlled by significant stockholders of the Company, to lease offices in Lindon, Utah. The Company pays rent, operating expenses, maintenance and utilities under the terms of the leases. For the three months ended March 31, 2026, the Company made aggregate lease payments of $0.4 million, under these leases. For the three months ended March 31, 2025, the Company made aggregate lease payments of $1.2 million under these leases.
