Segment of CODM description Operating segments are defined as components of an entity for which discrete financial information is available that is regularly reviewed by the chief operating decision maker (“CODM”), which is comprised of the Corporation’s President and the CEO. The CODM uses segment gross profit (loss), working capital, and EBITDA to assess the performance of, manage the operations of, and allocate capital and operational resources to the Corporation’s four reportable segments. EBITDA is defined as earnings before interest expense, taxes, depreciation and amortization.
