(1)Represents the professional fees and salaries paid to officers and directors in cash and BTC. During the three months ended March 31, 2026 the Corporation paid 1 BTC (three months ended March 31, 2025 - 5 BTC) as compensation for the services provided in by officers and directors with a fair value of $115,630 (three months ended March 31, 2025 - $491,095).
