Gilbert Villarreal, the president of the Company’s subsidiary, Ayro Operating Company, Inc. (“AYRO Operating”), through GLV Ventures and Electric Power, entities owned and controlled by Mr. Villarreal, has been providing consulting services to the Company in connection with the reengineering of the Company’s Vanish at a rate of $30,000 per month.
