Segment Reporting The Company operates as a single operating and reportable segment, which reflects how the Company's chief operating decision maker (“CODM”) reviews financial information and allocates resources. The Company's CODM is the Chief Executive Officer. The Company manages its operations on a consolidated basis for purposes of evaluating financial performance and allocating resources. Accordingly, the Company has determined that it operates in one operating segment and one reportable segment.
