| Related Parties | Related Parties The Company occasionally enters into transactions with related parties in the normal course of business. One related party, which is wholly owned by an employee of Solo Brands and this employee’s immediate family, purchases merchandise from Solo Brands to sell in a certain geographical market, which is included in net sales on the consolidated unaudited statements of operations and comprehensive income (loss). There were no significant sales or expenses associated with related parties for the three months ended March 31, 2026 or 2025. Amounts receivable from this related party were nominal as of March 31, 2026 and December 31, 2025. The accounts receivable associated with this related party is included in accounts receivable, net on the consolidated balance sheets. There were no significant liabilities due to related parties as of March 31, 2026 and December 31, 2025.
