The Company’s loans from third parties are as follows:
As of March 31, 2026 and June 30, 2025, loans from third parties amounted to approximately $3.5 million and approximately $1.5 million with a weighted average annual interest rate of 12% and 12%, and a weighted average maturity of 0.6 and 1 year, respectively.
For the nine months ended March 31, 2026 and 2025, interest expenses were $215,761 and nil, respectively. |
