INTERIM FINANCIAL STATEMENTS The Statements of Financial Condition, including the Condensed Schedules of Investments, as of March 31, 2026 and December 31, 2025, the Statements of Operations and Financial Highlights for the three months ended March 31, 2026 and 2025, and the Statements of Cash Flows and Changes in Unitholders’ Capital (Net Asset Value) for the three months ended March 31, 2026 and 2025 are unaudited. In the opinion of management, such financial statements reflect all adjustments, which were of a normal and recurring nature, necessary for a fair presentation of financial position as of March 31, 2026 and December 31, 2025, the results of operations and financial highlights for the three months ended March 31, 2026 and 2025, and cash flows and changes in unitholders’ capital (Net Asset Value) for the three months ended March 31, 2026 and 2025.
