SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	16. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Between April 14^th 2026 and April 28^th 2026 the Company issued an aggregate of 160,519, 051 common shares in satisfaction of $37,489 of principal convertible indebtedness, $857 of accrued interest on convertible indebtedness and $3,000 in incurred fees.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
