| Related Party | 15. Related Party As of the latest public filing made by Regeneron, Regeneron owned 60,511 shares of the Company’s common stock. Regeneron became a related party in July 2019 as a result of Series B redeemable convertible preferred stock financing which was subsequently converted into common stock. For the three months ended March 31, 2026, the Company recorded no revenue from the Regeneron Agreement. See Note 9 for a discussion of the Regeneron Agreement. |
