Note 8. Related Party Transactions
During the three months ended March 31, 2026 and 2025, the Company purchased a total of $2,831 and $2,003, respectively, of corporate imprinted sportswear, promotional items, and caps from Angry Pug Sportswear LLC. The Company’s Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer, is a 50% owner of Angry Pug Sportswear LLC. |
