Fuse Group and Processing provide consulting services to clients for their business development in North America, as well as mining industry acquisition consultation and target search.
For the six months ended March 31, 2026 and 2025, the Company recorded consulting revenue of $7,683 and $19,942 for the services provided, respectively.
For the three months ended March 31, 2026 and 2025, the Company recorded revenue of $nil.
For the six months ended March 31, 2026 and 2025, the Company had one customer, which accounted for 100% of the Company’s revenue. |
