NOTE 5: MINERALS

During 2024, the Company acquired 41,500 tons of magnesium silicate from Ybyrá for $20,000,000 in common stock to be issued to them. The shares were never issued and the minerals were transferred back on December 31, 2025 as the Company was unable to monetize the minerals.
