| Concentration Risk |
Substantially all of the Trust’s assets are holdings of XRP, which creates a concentration risk associated with fluctuations in the price of XRP. Accordingly, a decline in the price of XRP will have an adverse effect on the value of the Shares of the Trust. Factors that may have the effect of causing a decline in the price of XRP include negative perception of digital assets; a lack of stability and standardized regulation in the digital asset markets; the closure or temporary shutdown of digital asset platforms due to fraud, business failure, security breaches or government mandated regulation; and a loss of investor confidence. |
