| Subsequent Events | Subsequent Events On May 12, 2026, we and Lynrock Lake entered into the Second Amended Credit Agreement to extend the maturity date of the Lynrock Lake Term Loan from March 31, 2027 to March 31, 2029, and to increase the interest rate from 10% to 12% per annum. Refer to Note 5 - Long-Term Debt for more information.
