| Subsequent Events | Subsequent Events On April 9, 2026, the Smart Sand Board of Directors declared a special dividend of $0.10 per share of common stock, which was paid on May 5, 2026 to stockholders of record at the close of business on April 22, 2026. The dividend payment returned approximately $3,937 to the Company’s shareholders.
