SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 11 - SUBSEQUENT EVENTS In April 2026, the Company filed a provisional patent application with the United States Patent and Trademark Office directed to pharmaceutical formulations and methods of treatment related to NDV-01. The provisional filing has the potential to form the basis for broad world-wide patent filings for the NDV-01 program. If issued, patents claiming priority to the provisional filing will be expected to have a term until April 2047.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
