| COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES | COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES Purchase Commitments As of March 31, 2026, we had approximately $0.5 million in outstanding purchase commitments for inventory, all of which is expected to ship in the second quarter of 2026. We have 54% of the outstanding purchase commitments with related parties.
