LEASES LEASES
The Company leases its offices and data center hosting space at various locations under operating lease agreements expiring at various dates through 2035. Under the terms of these agreements, the Company also bears the costs for certain insurance, property tax, and maintenance. The terms of certain lease agreements provide for increasing rental payments at fixed intervals.

The weighted-average remaining term of the Company’s operating leases was 5.1 years and 3.8 years as of March 31, 2026 and December 31, 2025, respectively. The weighted-average discount rate used to measure the present value of the operating lease liabilities was 7.0% as of March 31, 2026 and 10.0% as of December 31, 2025. Cash payments made related to operating lease liabilities were $0.3 million for both the three months ended March 31, 2026 and 2025.

In February 2026, the Company entered into an operating lease agreement for a larger office space in Biot, France with future lease payments of $2.7 million. The lease commenced in March 2026 with a lease term of approximately 9.0 years.
