Weichai Transactions for information regarding the Weichai Shareholder’s Loan Agreement and Collaboration Agreement. Other Related Party Transactions See Note 11. Commitments and Contingencies for information regarding the Company’s indemnification obligations related to a former director and officer of the Company. In January 2025, the Company entered into a five-year purchase agreement with SWIEC, for the exclusive purchase and distribution of certain engine and engine components for the fulfillment of a contract with a customer in North America. The supply agreement includes annual minimum requirements of products ordered during the initial term. If all minimum targets are met within the first three-year periods, the contract may be negotiated to extend beyond the five-year initial term. The annual minimum requirements are as follows:
