| SUBSEQUENT EVENTS | 17. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Subsequent events have been evaluated through the date the unaudited consolidated financial statements were issued. There have been no subsequent events that require recognition or disclosure through the date the unaudited consolidated financial statements were issued, except as disclosed below and elsewhere in these unaudited consolidated financial statements. On April 29, 2026, the Board of Directors declared a base quarterly common stock dividend of $0.35 per share, which is payable on July 16, 2026 to common stockholders of record on June 30, 2026.
