[1] Talkspace, Inc's condensed consolidated balance sheets include assets of consolidated variable interest entities (“VIEs”) that can only be used to settle obligations of these VIEs and liabilities of consolidated VIEs for which creditors may have recourse to Talkspace, Inc. or its affiliates. At March 31, 2026 (unaudited) and December 31, 2025, assets of these consolidated VIEs totaled $21,285 and $13,625, respectively. At March 31, 2026 (unaudited) and December 31, 2025, liabilities of these consolidated VIEs totaled $5,358 and $3,755, respectively.
