| COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES | COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES Purchase Commitments The Company has entered into various non-cancelable agreements with third-party providers for use of mainly cloud and other services, under which it committed to minimum and fixed purchases through the year ending December 31, 2026. The following table presents details of the aggregate future non-cancelable purchase commitments under such agreements as of March 31, 2026:
Litigation The Company is occasionally a party to claims or litigation in the normal course of the business. The Company does not believe that it is a party to any pending legal proceeding that is likely to have a material adverse effect on its business, financial condition, or results of operations.
