| Goodwill | Goodwill Mosaic had goodwill of $988.9 million and $1.0 billion as of March 31, 2026 and December 31, 2025, respectively. We review goodwill for impairment annually in October and at any time events or circumstances indicate that the carrying value may not be fully recoverable, which is based on our accounting policy and GAAP.
