| Related Parties | Related Parties We have entered into arrangements with a client, Carle Health, and a member of the client’s executive leadership team began serving on our board of directors effective July 1, 2023 and currently serves on our board of directors. We recognized revenue from this related party of $4.3 million and $4.4 million for the three months ended March 31, 2026 and 2025, respectively. As of March 31, 2026 and December 31, 2025, we had receivables from this related party of $1.3 million and $1.7 million, respectively, and deferred revenue with this related party of $3.3 million and $0.2 million, respectively. We have revenue arrangements with clients that are also our investors. None of these clients hold a significant amount of ownership in our equity interests.
