Commitments and Contingencies Disclosure [Abstract]
Commitments and Contingencies Commitments and Contingencies
Litigation
Liabilities for loss contingencies arising from claims, assessments, litigation, fines, penalties, and other sources are recorded when it is probable that a liability has been incurred and the amount can be reasonably estimated. Legal costs incurred in connection with loss contingencies are expensed as incurred.
We are involved in legal proceedings from time to time that arise in the normal course of business. In the opinion of management, such routine claims and lawsuits are not significant, and we do not expect them to have a material adverse effect on our business, financial condition, results of operations, or liquidity. There were no charges recorded during the three months ended March 31, 2026 and 2025.
