Affiliates of Onex Corporation held a 93.0% ownership position in Convex Group Ltd. (“Convex”), which is one of the insurers in the syndicate that provides the Company’s insurance coverage. The Company made no payments to Convex during the three months ended March 31, 2026 and 2025. |
