Property and Equipment, Net In October 2024, we sold our corporate headquarters located in Denton, Texas to Denton County, Texas for $45.5 million, excluding $1.5 million in closing costs. As a result of the sale, we recognized a gain of approximately $26.6 million within selling, general and administrative expenses in our condensed consolidated statements of earnings for the six months ended March 31, 2025. |
