(the "Fund"), and (iii) James Silverman (collectively, the "Reporting Persons") with respect to the shares of common stock, par value $0.001 per share (the "Common Stock"), of Harrow, Inc. (the "Issuer") directly held by the Fund. The Adviser serves as investment adviser to the Fund. Mr. Silverman is the controlling person of the Adviser.
