Restructuring Costs	Restructuring Costs In February 2025, the Company implemented plans to reduce expenses by implementing an approximately 5% reduction in our then-current workforce. The reduction in workforce was intended to streamline the news operations for HuffPost. The Company incurred approximately $1.9 million of restructuring costs for the three months ended March 31, 2025, comprised mainly of severance and related benefits costs, all of which were included in cost of revenue, excluding depreciation and amortization.
