| Financial Instruments | Financial Instruments Certain financial instruments are carried on the consolidated balance sheets at cost or amortized cost basis, which approximates fair value due to their short-term and highly liquid nature. These instruments include cash and cash equivalents, restricted cash, time deposits, accounts receivable, security deposits held for customers, accounts payable, and other accrued liabilities. The fair value of the revolving line of credit also approximates its carrying value, as the interest rate is variable and approximates prevailing market interest rates for similar debt arrangements.

| Restricted Cash | Restricted Cash Restricted cash is included in Prepaid expenses and other current assets within the Consolidated Balance Sheets and primarily relates to funds held in escrow.

This ASU requires public business entities to disclose specified information about certain costs and expenses, including the amounts of purchases of inventory, employee compensation, depreciation, intangible asset amortization and depreciation, depletion and amortization recognized as part of oil- and gas-producing activities included in each relevant expense caption. The ASU also requires disclosure of a qualitative description of the amounts remaining in relevant expense captions that are not separately disaggregated quantitatively. This ASU is effective for annual reporting periods beginning after December 15, 2026. The Company is currently evaluating the impact the adoption of this standard will have on its consolidated financial statements and related disclosures.
