| Segment Reporting, CODM, Profit (Loss) Measure, How Used, Description | The Company’s CEO is deemed the Chief Operating Decision Maker (“CODM”). The CODM evaluate the financial performance of the Company by evaluating revenue streams, significant expenses, and budget to actual results in assessing the Company’s single reporting segment and in the determination of allocating resources. The CODM uses consolidated net income to benchmark the Company against peers and to evaluate performance and allocate resources. Significant revenue and expense categories evaluated by the CODM are consistent with the presentation of the Consolidated Statement of Income. |
