There have been no significant changes to the significant accounting policies during the three months ended March 31, 2026, as compared to those included in the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K filed with the SEC on March 24, 2026.

Recent Accounting Pronouncements - Not Yet Adopted

In November 2024, the Financial Accounting Standard Board issued Accounting Standards Update (ASU) 2024-03, Income Statement-Reporting Comprehensive Income-Expense Disaggregation Disclosures (Subtopic 220-40): Disaggregation of Income Statement Expenses (ASU 2024-03), which requires disaggregated information about certain income statement expense line items on an annual and interim basis. ASU 2024-03 is effective for annual periods beginning after December 15, 2026 and interim reporting

periods within annual reporting periods beginning after December 15, 2027. Early adoption is permitted and can be applied prospectively or retrospectively. The Company is evaluating the impact of the adoption of this standard on the Company’s financial statements and related disclosures.
