| RECEIVABLES, NET | NOTE 5—RECEIVABLES, NET Receivables, net consist of the following:
Trade receivables generally represent amounts due to the Company from social and mobile platform operators, including Apple, Google, and direct-to-consumer ("DTC") payment processors, including Xsolla. Trade receivables are recorded when the right to consideration becomes unconditional. Concentration of Credit Risk The following table summarizes the major receivables of the Company as a percentage of the total trade receivables as of the dates indicated:
As of March 31, 2026 and December 31, 2025, the Company did not have any additional counterparties that exceeded 10% of the Company’s total trade receivables.
