Certain Officers.
On May 6, 2026, Chris Dirckze resigned from the board of directors, the compensation committee and the audit committee of Hall Chadwick
Acquisition Corp. (the “Company”), effective May 6, 2026 (the “Resignation”). The Resignation was
not related to a disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices.
