| Segment Reporting, Expense Information Used by CODM, Description | The Company's CODM is its CEO and senior leadership team. All of the Company’s operating results are reviewed by the Company’s CODM within the same statement of operations and comprehensive loss whether research and development (by program) or general and administrative in nature. Accordingly, the Company has determined that it has a single reportable segment and operating segment structure. The Company's CODM regularly reviews total expenses and expenses by significant areas such as departments and programs to make decisions when evaluating the Company's financial performance. The Company does not evaluate performance or allocate resources based on segment asset data and therefore such information is not presented. All long-lived assets are located in the United States. |
