Due to the Company’s net loss in each of the three and nine months ended March 31, 2026 and March 31, 2025, all common stock equivalents such as stock options, unvested restricted share units and performance share units have been excluded from the computation of diluted net loss per share. The effect of the stock options and unvested restricted share units would have been anti-dilutive to the computations. The performance share units were contingently issuable based on market conditions or performance goals and such conditions or goals had not been achieved during the respective periods.
