SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	13. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Subsequent events have been evaluated through the date the consolidated financial statements were issued. The Company has concluded that there are no events requiring adjustment or disclosure in the consolidated financial statements, other than as set forth below. On April 1, 2026, the Company issued and sold 331,680 Common Shares for aggregate consideration of $8.5 million.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
