| Related Party Transactions | (18) Related Party Transactions The Company leases a facility and sells product to an entity controlled by a board member of the Company. The total right-of-use asset and related lease liability for each of the three fiscal years 2026, 2025 and 2024 was $1.3 million and $1.3 million, $1.7 million and $1.7 million and $0.4 million and $0.4 million, respectively. Total payments made to, and sales made to, the related party for each of the three fiscal years 2026, 2025 and 2024 were approximately $0.5 million and $3.5 million, $0.5 million and $2.7 million and $0.4 million and $3.0 million, respectively. The accounts receivable balances for fiscal years 2026 and 2025 were $0.1 million and $0.1 million, respectively. |
